So I have been looking for a pair of denim overalls for quite some time now. I’ve seen them on Alloy’s website in their tall shop, but have always been scared to add them to my cart thinking although the leg length would be great the upper/suspender part would be too short, causing pulling and the unsightly camel toe effect. Well Alloy was having one of their fabulous clearance sales where you received an additional percentage off the already low sale price, with a coupon code. So I thought it would be the perfect time to take the leap and I am so glad that I did. As you can see from the pics they fit perfectly. No camel toe and they are not droopy in the crotch. Now I do have the straps pulled all they way to the end, which I don’t mind because they are still secure and figured I would have to do anyway because I have a long torso. When trying to figure out how I wanted to wear them. My first thought was I don’t want to look like a kid and my thought was I don’t want to look like I’m about to paint my house…lol So I decided to pair my denim overalls with my coral short trench jacket that I found at Charlotte Russe a couple of years ago, and my Barefoot Tess ‘Charlotte’ mid heel coral/gold pumps. I love that this look is casual enough to comfortably run errands but also, effortlessly put together.
